How to wear Bronze make up-5 easy tips
- 1. Prepare your skin with a good moisturizer.
You can use any kind of moisturizer you want, just make sure it's a
good moisturizer. A nice bronze glow looks better on skin that doesn't
appear to be dry. You can even use a light oil as your moisturizer to
accentuate the glow.
- 2. If you have light skin, dust on a bronzer
or a face powder that is one to two shades darker than your skin. If
you already have dark or bronze skin, dust on a bronzer just to add a
little bit of shimmer to your face. Or you can mix a little of oil and
liquid foundation for a dewy finish. I personally have used both
options.
- 3. Go easy on the eyes. Your skin
is the star here, so use sheer browns, golds, beiges, or bronzes for
your eye shadows. Then line your eyes with a dark brown or black eye
liner. Don't use a thick line. Just apply a thin line, then slightly
smudge it with a cotton swab to soften the look. It should look so
natural, that it's barely visible. Follow that up with a tiny bit of
mascara.
- 4. Stay away from pink. I'm just
referring to the cheeks. When you have bronze makeup, putting on pink
blush will through off the look. It will stand out too much and distract
away from the glow we are going for. If you want to wear a little
blush, you can wear pinks, just stick with colors that have orange,
gold, or brown tones in it.
- 5. Wear truly nude lips.
Wearing some clear lip gloss, nude lipstick or soft coral-peach is all you need. If you want
to wear something with a little color, make sure the color has similar
tones to your blush.
